Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services. We help our members simplify procurement tasks, reduce risk, keep pace with legislation and achieve more.  Constructionline is a founder member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). SSIP was developed to alleviate the need for construction companies to undergo multiple stage one Health and Safety assessments. The scheme acts as an umbrella body to facilitate mutual recognition between different health and safety schemes.

Construction companies that sign up to an SSIP scheme can be confident that they are fully accredited to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

CSCS_Logo

CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out. The Scheme keeps a database of people working in construction who have achieved or are committed to achieving a recognised construction related qualification. Holding a CSCS card is not a legislative requirement. It is entirely up to the principal contractor or client whether workers are required to hold a card before they are allowed on site. However, most principal contractors and major house builders require construction workers on their sites to hold a valid CSCS card.

Trusted_Trader

CMC Aluminium joined the Trusted Trader scheme in 2015. Derbyshire Trusted Trader helps you find honest and reliable traders who commit to doing a good job for a fair price. They know that finding the right trader can be a big worry. Derbyshire trading standards check out all the businesses on the Derbyshire Trusted Trader register. These checks are not just a one-off; most of them are repeated annually and they continually monitor customer  feedback to try to make sure that all Trusted Traders are maintaining the standards of the scheme.
