Your domestic installation is covered by a 10 year guarantee*.
Following your installation and once you have paid in full, you will be issued with a certificate which will include the date and address of the installation. It will also include a registration number, please keep this safe as you will need it if you need to contact us regarding the guarantee.
This is in conjunction with our system suppliers and covers any problems that occur as a result of workmanship or manufacturing by CMC Aluminium Systems.
*The panels that contain integral blinds are covered for 3 years from the date of installation.
We want you to be happy with your installation but unfortunately we can't guarantee against any problems that may occur due to accidental damage or mis-use of the installed products. In addition it will not cover damage that may occur due to failure to clean or maintain the aluminium products, for example failure to clean out patio door tracks.
*The guarantee covers parts and labour for the first 2 years from the date of installation subject to the products not being mis-used or accidental damage.
After 2 years a service/ labour charge is payable (Plus mileage charge dependent on location). The guarantee does not cover lifting or handling equipment or any other equipment that may be required due to the difficulties of attending the site.
The guarantee starts on the day your aluminium products are installed and is validated once full payment has been received. We may make a charge for transferring the guarantee to a new owner.
It only covers installations that are fabricated and installed by CMC Aluminium Systems.
No claims for loss as a result of a repair or replacement will apply.
